Even medics get to clean their small arms ! Weapons were always carried
when we went outside the camp perimeter. They were not easy to keep
clean as dust and grit penetrated every nook and cranny attracted by the
slightest bit of extra oil.
The ORs were issued with SMGs and the Officers were issue with 9mm
