Scoline apnoea

I considered that one patient who failed to breathe had scoline apnoea. We are using up some of the precious oxygen to power the Manley ventilator on the right instead of squeezing the bag. Bill de Bass on the left, unamused, Pete Canning on the right unimpressed.. Both obviously quite ready, to quote Pete Canning to get "a monk on" when things were not quite going as one might wish.
